Cancellation Policy
📅 Appointments All appointments must be booked online through the booking link. Please ensure you select the correct service and review prep instructions before your appointment. ⸻ 💳 Deposits A non-refundable deposit of $20 is required to secure all appointments. • Deposit goes toward your service total. • No deposit = no appointment secured. • Deposits are transferable ONE time with proper notice. ⸻ ⏰ Cancellation & Rescheduling I require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in: • Loss of deposit • New deposit required to rebook No-shows will be charged 50% of the service total. Please understand this is a small business and your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. ⸻ 🚫 Late Policy Please arrive on time. • 10+ minutes late may result in a shortened appointment. • 15+ minutes late may require rescheduling. • Late arrivals may forfeit deposit.
